* Why Vintage Blythe is so popular? (3/4) *
Although Vintage Blythe is quite expensive, it's just a old doll. We don't know ex-owner. Becauseof it was targetted for children, they might play roughly, sometimes they wrote their name on it. Why are they so expensive? Do you feel more comfortable if you buy a new replicated one? But I wanna say there are a huge fascination in it.

At first, her eyes are so cute. We can make replicated blythe's eyes brilliantly like vintage one, but cannot do as same as vintage one completely. We feel 'something different'. Vintage eyes are beautiful, deeply. And the color orange and pink are fundamentally different from replicated one. They're also deep. If we didn't know vintage pink, replicated pink would be OK. But we know the Vintage pink is. Comparing them, So many people would think vintage pink is better. If replicated blythe would be sold with a vintage eyes, it would be more beautiful blythe.

The outline of their face is another important point. Some says they are quite similar, but I think it is not definitely same I mentioned. It's my opinion, but I feel Vintage is like a American, and Replicated is like a Japanese. What's your thought? I have a kind of feeling that Vintage feature, large eyehall, more rounded forehead are like a American. Becauseof I'm a typical Japanese.

The hair of replicated blythe is not enough amount. Especially early model like Mondrian, Parco. Sometime we can see her skin through her hair. Vintage has enough amount of hair, and that makes blythe fun rush to buy vintage.

Recent blythe has been improved.

On the other hand, Replicated blythe hair feels smoothly. Vintage one is so coarse that we cannot use brush.

The last, satisfy. The meanings of 'Replicated Blythe' is that there's the orininal one somewhere around the world, and after we realize that, there're vintage blythe sold 30 years ago. we wanna get the original one. Of course we cannot buy it as a new one, we have to search somewhere. If we get it finally, our passion for it would be grow. Collecting for four haircolor is also makes collector's passion bigger and bigger.

I could say her charm point like this, 'Brilliant eyes, so cute, not so many has, and the original one!'. This winter, the producer will release more vintage looking blythe. I can't wait for releasing new face! The new face which has Vintage look eyes would the best for all blythe funs!
